Cummington Fair

The Williams-Boltwood House is going to the Cummington Fair! Yahoo! This is a new and exciting opportunity for us. We will have a booth to showcase how amazing this project is and our vision for the future. This is a very BIG commitment that will greatly advance our visibility. We could really use some volunteers to help us prepare visual materials and staff the booth.
Antique Window Repair Workshop
September 13-14 - 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
2 Williams Drive, Goshen MA
Historical Preservationist, Nevan Carling, will be leading this 2-day workshop, covering all aspects of repairing and restoring double-hung windows from the 1800's & 1900's.
Tools and materials will be supplied, although participants are welcome to bring their personal tools if desired. No experience is necessary. We are limiting class size to 6 individuals so advance sign-up is required.

Cost per student is $150.
Movie Night
September 13 - 8 p.m.
2 Williams Drive, Goshen MA
Come celebrate the 100th birthday of "The Great Gatsby" as we watch the movie adaptation under the stars.
Bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on.
The event is free. Donations appreciated for popcorn, soda and lemonade with all proceeds go toward the restoration of the Williams-Boltwood House.
Stone Soup
October 11 - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2 Williams Drive, Goshen MA
It's time for celebrating the harvest and celebrating community. It's time for Stone Soup.
Bring your fresh vegetables to contribute to the stone soup cauldron that will be cooking over an open fire. While the soup is simmering, we will read the tale of "stone soup" and spend some time learning about local history.Raw vegetables must be placed in the pot before noon. Soup should be ready by 1pm.
This will be a vegan and gluten free meal. Bring your own mug and spoon.... and a lawn chairs, if you wish. Limited tours of the historical Williams-Boltwood House will be conducted.
The event is free thanks to funds from the Goshen Cultural Council and Mass Cultural Council. Donations are appreciated to support the restoration of the historical Williams-Boltwood House.
