Restoration of historic Williams-Boltwood House in Goshen gets $10K boost for new roof
Daily Hampshire Gazette reporter Sam Gelinas covered a recent check ceremony where the Williams-Boltwood Project received a $10,000 boost from the 1772 Foundation and Preservation Massachusetts to help repair and restore the roof of the building.

October, 2025
DAR grant money used to fix the first section of the basement that has water damage
John Otis will be beginning the first work on the basement thanks to the funds from the DAR and the donation from supports to match the grant funds. Work should begin the week of Oct 13th.

Williams-Boltwood House gets a new roof with the help of the 1772 Foundation and Preservation Massachusetts and generous supporter
Karen LaVerdiere will begin work with her crew and supplies from ABC Roofing. The project will take a few days and will be replacing the existing metal roofing on the main building as well as removing old shingles and replacing some rotten support structures.
